1. Bookings & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the booking date. Bookings made within 28 days require full payment at the time of confirmation.
By providing payment details, you authorise Exotic Hire Cars to charge your nominated payment method for outstanding balances, overtime, cleaning, damage or additional agreed services.
2. Cancellations

More than 6 months before the event: Deposit retained.

Less than 6 months before the event: Full hire fee payable.
All cancellations must be made in writing and are only confirmed once acknowledged by us.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
3. Vehicle Availability
We will use our best endeavours to supply the booked vehicle. If unavailable due to mechanical or operational issues, we may substitute with a similar or upgraded vehicle.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our reasonable control. Clients are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time.
4. Conduct & Safety
The Hirer is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers.
The following are strictly prohibited:

Smoking or vaping
-
Illegal drug use
-
Underage alcohol consumption
-
Standing through sunroofs
-
Exceeding legal seating capacity
-
Unsafe or abusive behaviour
Our chauffeur may terminate the hire immediately without refund if safety or property is at risk.
5. Damage & Cleaning
The Hirer is financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their passengers.
Cleaning and damage fees may apply, including:

Excessive cleaning
-
Biohazard cleaning
-
Burns or physical damage
-
Repair or replacement costs
A security bond may be required for certain bookings, including school formals and large group events.
6. Overtime
Overtime is charged in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate and is subject to vehicle availability
7. Airport Transfers
Waiting time includes:

Domestic flights: 30 minutes after landing
-
International flights: 60 minutes after landing
Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exotic Hire Cars’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, you confirm that:

You are over 18 years of age

You are authorised to use the payment method provided

You agree to these Terms & Conditions
Exotic Hire Cars reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of booking apply.
